Real Estate Video Production NYC
In real estate, the video often arrives before the visit. Lark Media NYC provides real estate video production for New York City and New Jersey brokers, agents, developers, and property managers from our Hoboken studio. We help you plan, shoot, and edit video that shows a property, a team, or a neighborhood clearly and honestly.
If you have a listing, a building, or an agent brand to present, start with a conversation about what you need to show.
What real estate video can cover
- Property walkthroughs that follow the natural flow of a space
- Agent and team introductions that help prospects know who they are calling
- Neighborhood and building stories that put a listing in context
- Amenity and lifestyle features for developments and rentals
- Educational explainers for buyers, sellers, and landlords
- Short vertical clips made for social channels and listing promotion
Showing a property accurately
Real estate video works best when it matches what a visitor will find. Our approach is to show the layout, light, flow, and notable features without exaggeration. We plan the route through the property, work with the lighting available, and capture the rooms, views, and details that matter to a buyer or renter.
Square footage, price, unit specifics, and any legal or regulatory disclosures are provided and approved by you or your brokerage. We do not invent property facts, and we leave claims about a listing to the people responsible for the listing.
Agent and brokerage branding
A property can be marketed by many agents; a trusted agent is harder to replace. We shoot introduction videos, question-and-answer clips, and short educational segments that let prospects hear how an agent thinks. These videos help your site, your listings, and your social presence feel consistent.
Planning a real estate shoot in NYC
Access is often the hardest part. We coordinate building rules, elevator reservations, doorman and management requirements, occupant schedules, and time of day for the light you want. For occupied properties, we plan with the owner or tenant so the shoot is respectful and efficient. We also confirm any releases for people who will appear on camera.
Editing for the places listings live
The same footage can support a listing page, an email to prospects, a social post, and a team site. We edit versions with captions and pacing suited to each destination. For the broader production process, see our stages of video production and video production checklist.
Ongoing content for agents and teams
Lark offers two ongoing packages. Foundation is five short-form videos per week with founder- or team-filmed content, scripts and ideas, supporting graphics, and a weekly educational email. Growth adds a monthly five-hour on-site shoot directed by Lark, seven to ten short-form videos per week fully edited and posted, plus comment-reply and reactive content. Both are inquire-for-pricing options, and one-off projects are scoped separately. For the studio overall, see our NYC video production company page.
Frequently asked questions
Do you do drone or aerial footage?
Aerial work depends on the location, the regulations that apply, and any required permissions. Ask us about your property and we will tell you what we can plan for and what needs additional approval.
Can you shoot occupied or staged homes?
Yes, with planning. We coordinate with the owner, tenant, or stager so the shoot works around how the space is being used.
Who approves listing details shown in the video?
You or your brokerage. We shoot and edit; the listing facts and any required disclosures come from your side and are approved before release.
