Hybrid events and in-room experience
A good stream still has to respect the people in the room. We plan camera positions that do not block sightlines, keep crew small where space is tight, and coordinate with your AV or venue team so load-in, power, and internet are confirmed before show day.
Planning for reliability
Live work fails when bandwidth, power, or backup plans are guesses. We confirm internet capacity, redundant paths where the event justifies them, and a clear run-of-show with your producer or host. Captions and accessibility options depend on the platform and the plan you choose; we discuss those early rather than bolting them on at the last minute.
After the stream

Ongoing video after the event
Lark offers two ongoing packages. Foundation is five short-form videos per week with founder- or team-filmed content, scripts and ideas, supporting graphics, and a weekly educational email. Growth adds a monthly five-hour on-site shoot directed by Lark, seven to ten short-form videos per week fully edited and posted, plus comment-reply and reactive content. Both are inquire-for-pricing options, and one-off projects are scoped separately.

Yes. Many events work best when we coordinate with the house system for audio, power, and load-in windows.

No production partner can honestly guarantee that. We plan for reliability and backups appropriate to the event; we do not invent uptime promises.
